It is for the information all the members of the bar that a one-time relaxation has been made for clearance of dues of benevolent fund scheme to the members whose dues are more than Rs. 10,000/-, they may clear their dues within four months or upto 30.09.2022 in instalments and it is further informed that if any member whose age is more than 40 years but he could not become the member of Benevolent fund scheme, are hereby granted one opportunity to become member of the scheme by paying the arrears from the date of becoming member of the Bar Association till the date of payment.
A rebate of 15% shall be given on the same wherein the said member may pay the arrears upto 30.09.2022 in instalments provided the 1st Instalment is paid on or before 15.07.2022.
